| Jul 23, 2025 | We have a new publication out in Communications Biology. This project was borne from our attempts to design better ways to analyze our pilot in situ sequencing data, and involves allocating transcripts based on immunostaining masks. We hope to use this framework to then obtain biological insights in future studies. |
| Jun 05, 2025 | I am very happy to have received an Early Career Grant from Alzheimer Nederland to conduct a 2-year research project investigating shared neuroimmmune signatures in Alzheimer’s Disease and Frontotemporal Dementia. This project will be done with the single cell and spatial transcriptomics analysis pipelines we have set up in the group. |
